(People to do combined digicrops with, maybe craft fairs or trade shows together, and just work together!) =)
To become a consultant, you can just go to the website, scroll to the bottom and click on "join my team." The process is pretty simple and HM is such a supportive company! You get your own little VO (virtual office) and lots of training opportunities right from your computer. Of course there are incentives if you do really well, like special prizes and a big trip each year, usually a cruise. (still working on that...) =)
